Position Overview
As a Treating Manager, you will split your time between delivering treatments and supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
Treatment Responsibilities:
- Performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal and skin treatments
- Conducting consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
- Delivering exceptional client experiences
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Supporting clinic operations and ensuring smooth daily workflow
- Assisting in leading and mentoring the clinic team
- Helping drive revenue targets and business growth
- Monitoring team performance and maintaining service standards
- Assisting with stock management and operational tasks
