A Snapshot of Your Day:
Support daily treasury operations by monitoring cash inflows and outflows, preparing cash flow forecasts, and ensuring accurate bank reconciliations. Coordinate invoice payments, treasury transactions, and banking activities while maintaining customs credit lines, supporting vendor banking processes, and ensuring compliance through accurate financial reporting and internal controls.
How Will You Make An Impact?
• Support daily treasury operations by monitoring cash inflows, outflows, and maintaining accurate cash positions.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy and financial integrity.
• Manage customs and tax related activities by tracking invoice postings, payment due dates, and vendor payments.
• Prepare daily cash flow forecasts and treasury reports to support informed financial decision making.
• Coordinate treasury transactions, including incoming checks, bank transfers, and payment processing.
• Assist in vendor bank account setup, maintain banking documentation, and support strong bank relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls by preparing documentation, monitoring bank transactions, and supporting audit requirements.
What Will You Need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, finance, accounting, or financial risk management.
• Experience with cash management, cash flow forecasting, treasury reporting, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- • Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial reporting skills, with experience in treasury management and foreign exchange operations considered an advantage.
