We are looking for a Customer Experience Partner to support our logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and timely resolution of operational issues.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in logistics, international transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, or holds a degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management combined with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding shipments and logistics operations.
- Coordinate transport activities with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal departments.
- Monitor shipment status and provide customers with timely updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP, TMS, or CRM systems.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs related to service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
