SUMMARY:

As a Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating all transformation-related activities, with a strong focus on B-BBEE scorecard management, Employment Equity compliance, and reporting accuracy.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & B-BBEE

  • Collect, validate, and maintain B-BBEE data across the business
  • Compile accurate monthly and quarterly reports (ESD, SED, Skills Development)
  • Consolidate scorecards and ensure traceability of all data
  • Coordinate annual B-BBEE verification processes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and verification agencies to meet deadlines
  • Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and projects
  • Monitor learner programmes, ESD beneficiaries, and compliance requirements
  • Compile CSR, SteerCo, and Social & Ethics reports
  • Maintain strong administrative and filing systems

Employment Equity

  • Compile and submit EEA2 and EEA4 reports
  • Support the development, implementation, and tracking of EE plans
  • Coordinate Transformation Committee meetings and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Employment and Labour requirements
  • Monitor progress against EE targets and report on deviations
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, resignations, and supporting documentation

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Consolidate monthly HR dashboard data across the business
  • Analyse trends and identify discrepancies
  • Provide insights and reporting support to HR Managers and leadership

Service Delivery & General

  • Continuously improve processes and turnaround times
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Support ad hoc projects and provide insights to management

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric with Mathematics)
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Transformation (including B-BBEE verification) and Employment Equity
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • B-BBEE Act & Amended Codes
    • Employment Equity Act
    • Skills Development Act
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • HR / Personnel Administration experience (advantageous)
