Training Intern

Who We Want: NYSC Corper seeking a PPA or a fresh graduate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of training sessions by assisting with facilitation, discussions, and engaging learning activities.
- Assist in preparing training materials, learning resources, case studies, and assessments under the guidance of the Training Lead.
- Monitor trainee attendance, participation, and engagement, and maintain accurate training records.
- Provide support to trainees by responding to questions, offering guidance, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Collect trainee feedback and assist in compiling insights to improve training effectiveness and learner experience.
- Support the coordination of assessments, evaluations, and trainee progress tracking.
- Assist with training documentation, reporting, and administrative activities to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned
