Position: TRAINING COORDINATOR
- Identify training and development needs across the organisation through assessments and consultations with line managers.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, booking venues, trainers, and scheduling sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and management reports.
- Stay current with new training methodologies, technologies, and best practices in adult learning.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Qualified Artisan — Welder or Vehicle Body Builder trade
- Relevant training facilitation or coaching qualification (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and planning ability
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes
- Good interpersonal and coaching skills
- Proficiency in training software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness
