Introduction
Momementum Metropolitan Namibia is seeking for a service of a Trainee Fnancial Advisor at Outapi branch.

Role Purpose
Attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and to provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share and contribute to the overall business objectives and its longterm viability.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- A Degree in Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant, industry specific qualifications (NAMFISA Licence)
- COP qualification will be an added advantage.
- Police certificate of conduct (code of conduct) not older than a year.
An understanding of the Namibian Insurance Industry
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, develop and grow your own individual, client base through networking, prospecting & referrals.
- Meet clients in person to provide insurance advice.
- Manage and strengthen internal and external relationships.
- Provide on-going advice to existing clients to promote and assist retention.
