The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Management of Individual broiler farms.
- Achieving broiler farm standards.
- Relieving the Broiler Farm Manager .
- Managing staff, Production, Maintenance and Health & Safety.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
- Computer knowledge and will be an added advantage.
- The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
- It is essential that the Candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys.
- Ability to work weekends and public holiday is a must.
