SUMMARY:
A private game reserve in the Musina region of Limpopo is seeking a dynamic couple to join the team in a combined guiding and hospitality role.
This opportunity is ideal for a couple who are passionate about wildlife, conservation, guest service, and hospitality. One partner will fulfil the role of Trails / Apprentice Trails Guide, while the other will manage Reservations and Front of House Hosting duties.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENT:
General:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Professional, positive, and guest-focused approach
- Ability to work well within a close-knit team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality, tourism, and guest experiences
Trails / Apprentice Trails Guide:
- Valid Driver's License and PDP essential
- Apprentice Trails Guide qualification essential
- ARH completion essential
- Valid First Aid certification
- Previous guiding experience within a Big 5 environment
- Strong guest interaction and hosting skills
- Genuine passion for wildlife and conservation
Reservation / Front of House Host:
- Previous hospitality, reservations, front office, or hosting experience advantageous
- Strong guest relations and hosting skills essential
- Computer literacy and strong email communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems beneficial
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle essential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trails Guide:
- Conduct guided safari activities professionally and safely
- Deliver memorable guest experiences and interpretive guiding
- Ensure guest safety during all activities
- Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles
- Assist with reserve and camp duties when required
Reservation / Front of House Host:
- Manage reservations and booking enquiries
- Welcome and host guests professionally
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
- Maintain reservation records and daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operational departments
PACKAGE:
- Combined earning potential: R22,000 – R25,000 per couple (DOE)
- Live-in accommodation provided
- Start Date: ASAP
