Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Traffic Manager to join our team at our office in Agadir- Morocco.

Role Overview

The Traffic Manager will be responsible for overseeing transport operations, ensuring optimal planning, supplier coordination, and outstanding service delivery for all transfer services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily transport operations (arrivals, departures, intercity)
  • Ensure high levels of on-time performance (OTP) and service quality
  • Coordinate closely with transport suppliers and monitor their performance
  • Plan capacity and resources according to demand and seasonality
  • Anticipate and resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Monitor KPIs, costs, and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Reps, Customer Service)
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transport, logistics, or tourism operations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the destination
  • Fluent in English
