Motus Aftermarket Parts is seeking an experienced Trade & Supplier Marketing Manager to join our dynamic centralised marketing team at Meadowview Head Office.This senior role serves as the primary marketing liaison between the business and key supplier partners, driving collaborative campaigns, managing co-operative marketing investments, and ensuring measurable commercial returns on supplier-funded initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, strategic relationship management, and trade marketing expertise within a fast-paced, multi-divisional environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in trade, supplier, or commercial marketing
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate marketing support
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel trade campaigns
  • Experience managing co-operative marketing budgets, accruals, and ROI reporting
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple supplier programmes simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Strong collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of sales-driving marketing strategies
  • Experience within the automotive aftermarket, FMCG, or parts/components sectors
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with campaign performance data
  • Experience briefing creative and brand teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of promotional mechanics that drive product movement and commercial performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic marketing relationships with key supplier partners
  • Identify, negotiate, and activate supplier marketing opportunities
  • Plan and execute trade-focused promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and product-focused initiatives
  • Manage supplier marketing accruals and co-operative marketing funds with full accountability and governance
  • Coordinate supplier advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, digital, retail, and brand teams to ensure campaign alignment
  • Track campaign performance and report on sales uplift, ROI, and fund utilisation
  • Ensure supplier branding and campaign materials are implemented consistently across all touchpoints
  • Introduce innovative and commercially effective approaches to supplier fund utilisation
