Coordinator for Title Company

Lakewood, NJ

Full-time, in-person 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing on-going support to the senior coordinator throughout the workday
  • Responding to directions given by the senior coordinator
  • Careful monitoring of daily email correspondence and responding when required
  • Preparing Owner’s and Loan Policies for purchase and refinance transactions for review by senior coordinator
  • Assisting with the preparation and sending out of Invoices/CDs in preparation for real estate closings
  • Compiling closing packages
  • Ordering searches
  • Updating title reports with new search information
  • Scheduling closings and updating the closing calendar
  • Ensuring that packages and recordables are received complete from closing in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 1 year title experience preferred but not required; will train the right person
  • Knowledge of modern office equipment, procedures, and methods
  • Knowledge of principles necessary for providing customer service
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to write and speak in a professional manner
  • Capable of performing effectively under remote guidance

Salary: $70,000 per year

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • real estate, title, or office: 1 year (Required)
