Coordinator for Title Company
Lakewood, NJ
Full-time, in-person 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing on-going support to the senior coordinator throughout the workday
- Responding to directions given by the senior coordinator
- Careful monitoring of daily email correspondence and responding when required
- Preparing Owner’s and Loan Policies for purchase and refinance transactions for review by senior coordinator
- Assisting with the preparation and sending out of Invoices/CDs in preparation for real estate closings
- Compiling closing packages
- Ordering searches
- Updating title reports with new search information
- Scheduling closings and updating the closing calendar
- Ensuring that packages and recordables are received complete from closing in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 1 year title experience preferred but not required; will train the right person
- Knowledge of modern office equipment, procedures, and methods
- Knowledge of principles necessary for providing customer service
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Able to write and speak in a professional manner
- Capable of performing effectively under remote guidance
Salary: $70,000 per year
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
