Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.
- Manage job allocation and workshop loading.
- Track labor hours and ensure accurate time recording.
- Prepare productivity and utilization reports.
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors to optimize workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop control, loading, or timekeeping.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of workshop operations and KPI monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.
