TIKTOK STRATEGIST
We are looking for a creative, energetic and trend-driven TikTok Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our property agents, helping them create high-performing, viral content within the property market.
Responsibilities: Drive agents to different developments and property sites Help agents film engaging TikTok content on-site Assist agents with content ideas, hooks, trends and video structure Help agents improve confidence and presentation on camera Stay updated with TikTok trends, sounds and viral content styles Guide agents on how to create content that performs well organically Assist with filming, editing ideas and posting strategies Ensure agents consistently create quality short-form content
Requirements: Strong understanding of TikTok trends and viral content Confident filming and directing content on mobile devices Creative mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple agents Experience in social media content creation is advantageous Own transport is absolutely required and non-negotiable
Salary: Market related. Travel allowance included.
Location: Based in Johannesburg with travel to various developments and sites.
