Nova Foods USA imports and distributes premium Nova Basmati rice and specialty food products to restaurants, grocery stores, wholesalers, and foodservice operators across North America. We are expanding our presence in Texas and seeking an ambitious sales professional to help grow our customer base.

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new customers, developing business relationships, and increasing sales throughout an assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on business development and account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new restaurant, grocery, wholesale, and foodservice accounts
  • Conduct in-person customer visits and sales presentations
  • Introduce Nova Foods products and coordinate product samples
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Generate orders and support account growth
  • Monitor market activity and competitor offerings
  • Provide weekly sales activity updates

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, foodservice, restaurants, grocery, distribution, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
  • Ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships

  • Base compensation plus performance incentives
