Duties & Responsibilities:
- RFP review, requirements analysis, internal coordination, proposal preparation, review, and submission follow-up.
- Review RFPs, tender documents, scope of work, client instructions, forms, and schedules, and identify the main technical, commercial, contractual, and administrative submission requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including Engineering, Project Controls, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Quality, HSE, and other supporting functions as needed.
- Consolidating technical, commercial, pricing, contractual, staffing, and collaborating department inputs into well-organized proposal submissions.
- Support pricing preparation by providing technical basis, scope assumptions, BOQ inputs, quantity-related clarifications, staffing estimates, deliverable lists, and project duration inputs.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, proposals, project development, or commercial/technical proposal preparation, preferably within engineering, EPC, power, infrastructure, industrial, or consultancy projects.
- Strong English writing skills, with the ability to prepare and polish proposal sections, methodologies, assumptions, clarifications, staffing inputs, and related tender content, French is a plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing proposal documents, compliance tables, tracking sheets, forms, and presentations.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and communication skills, with the ability to track tender responsibilities, incorporate comments, and escalate issues affecting quality, timing, or readiness.
- Contract management, commercial management, procurement, or proposal management training is considered a plus.
- Previous exposure to engineering consultancy proposals, EPC tenders, power generation, infrastructure, industrial, or international projects is preferred.
