Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct high volumes of calls professionally
Manage large, fast-paced switchboards accurately and efficiently
Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and confidence
Handle and relay messages promptly and correctly
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and electronic diaries
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Maintain an organised, tidy, and welcoming reception area
Assist with general client, customer, and staff queries
Key Competencies
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong customer service orientation
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Team-oriented with initiative and professionalism
Requirements – Non-Negotiable
Proven 2 years reception experience is essential
Experience operating a large, busy switchboard
Prior corporate reception and front-line administrative experience
Well-spoken, articulate, and immaculately presented
Own reliable transport advantageous due to varied client locations
