Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Telesales Team Leader to lead our English-speaking sales team and drive consistent sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, monitoring performance, and actively supporting the team in closing high-value deals through online meetings with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily performance of the English telesales team
- Monitor KPIs, call quality, follow-up, and CRM discipline
- Coach team members through regular feedback and on-the-job support
- Join online meetings with qualified prospects to support or close sales opportunities
- Build trust with international clients and confidently present our products during virtual meetings
- Track performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets
- Report team performance and escalate challenges when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, including 1+ year in a Team Leader role
- Experience leading an English-speaking telesales team
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable leading online sales meetings with international clients
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, energetic, and target-driven with the ability to motivate others
