Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist role, based in Somerset West. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to generate meetings, promote products and services, and build strong business relationships. Daily responsibilities will include making outbound calls, providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting clients in understanding and meeting their project requirements. The role also involves achieving sales targets and effectively communicating Specilink's value proposition.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and assist clients effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and clearly convey the value of products and services
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and methods, including meetings

- Ability to adapt to clients specific needs and goals
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous experience in telesales, customer engagement, or a similar role is an advantage
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Sales or Customer Service are a plus
