Position: Telesales – Lead Generation (IT Services)

Job Description:
The Telesales – Lead Generation role will involve making outbound calls to potential business clients in order to generate leads and appointments for our consultants related to IT Services & office automation products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our client’s Randburg office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting market research and identifying potential clients within the IT/Office automation industry
– Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
– Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for our sales team
– Maintaining accurate records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system
– Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
– Meeting and exceeding monthly lead generation targets
– Providing excellent customer service to all potential clients
– Previous experience in telesales or lead generation, preferably within the office automation industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Self-motivated and results-driven
– Knowledge of office automation products and services is a plus
– Must be based in Randburg or willing to travel.
