Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
- Assist customers by recommending the best products and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Accurately capture customer interactions and sales activities on the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques to maximise performance.
