  • Provide first-line technical support for Wi-Fi and internet connectivity issues.
  • Assist students and tenants with connecting devices to the network.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network-related issues remotely and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot routers, access points, switches, and connectivity problems.
  • Log, track and manage support tickets to completion.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to Network Engineers or senior support staff.
  • Monitor network outages and communicate updates to customers.
  • Configure and support user devices including laptops, smartphones, smart TVs, and gaming consoles.
  • Support installations and maintenance of networking equipment when required.

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Support Agent.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with support systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • CompTIA N+ (Network+) Certification.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, or after-hours when necessary.
