Remote Telesales Consultant (South Africa) Must have strong English accent. Life-Changing Earnings
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Working Hours: UK business hours (Mon–Fri) 08:20HRS 17:00HRS
Base Salary: R12,000 Per full working month.
Earnings Potential — Life-Changing and Uncapped Commission Structure below.
- To qualify for your base salary, you must achieve a minimum of 10 sales per month — this ensures your activity and results align with our mission.
- Once you reach 10 sales, every additional deal earns commission, and the rate increases the more you sell:
- 10-20 deals/month → R400 PER SALE
- 20–30 deals/month → R700 PER SALE
- 30–40 deals/month → R930 PER SALE
- 40–50 deals/month → R1160 PER SALE
There is no cap your earning potential is entirely in your hands. Highly experienced telesales executives regularly exceed R150,000+ per month!

What You’ll Do
- Call UK primary and secondary schools using provided scripts, training, and data leads.
- Speak directly with decision-makers (headteachers, PE leads, business managers) and secure bookings for athlete-led workshops.
- Build real conversations, not just activity we measure outcomes, not empty dials.
- Manage your pipeline, exceed your targets, and collaborate with our UK-based team through regular coaching and support.

Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral and clear accent essential).
- Confident communicator who builds rapport easily over the phone.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused with integrity and honesty.
- Previous telesales, fundraising, o
- outbound experience preferred is essential.
- Passionate about meaningful work and creating real impact.
- Must have reliable internet, power source, desktop/laptop, headset & microphone.
