Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team full-time at our Lagos location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for performing technical troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing hardware, resolving customer issues, and providing ongoing technical support. Additional duties may include assisting in the installation, configuration, and optimization of equipment and systems to ensure efficiency and functionality.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional customer support
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently in solving technical challenges
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety and compliance protocols
- Experience in a similar technical support role is a plus
- A relevant technical certification or degree is preferred
