The success of our field teams starts in the Warehouse.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Technical Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team in Lenasia South.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the tools, equipment, stock and network hardware that power our

operations are accurately managed, tested, tracked and ready when needed. Your attention to detail and commitment to

quality will directly support the teams responsible for keeping our customers connected.

Key Responsibilities

You will assist with:

  • Receiving, issuing and tracking stock and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock controls
  • Preparing and testing technical equipment for deployment
  • Processing returned equipment and ensuring quality standards are maintained
  • Assisting with stock counts, reconciliations and warehouse organisation
  • Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies, damaged items or shortages
  • Supporting warehouse reporting and administration requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and inventory controls
  • Assisting with operational projects and ad hoc warehouse activities as required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 1 – 3 years' experience in a warehouse, inventory, logistics or technical support environment
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience working with stock control processes and inventory management
  • Valid driver's licence advantageous

Advantageous

  • Experience in telecommunications, networking or technical equipment management
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Experience working in a warehouse supporting field operations
  • Technical or IT-related exposure

Working Conditions

  • May require occasional overtime and weekend work based on operational requirements
  • Fast-paced operational environment supporting field teams and service delivery
