We are looking for a reliable and hands-on After-sales Service Engineer to support our new energy business in South Africa (inverters, UPS, battery systems).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
- Support distributors and partners with technical training
- Handle after-sales service requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with HQ technical team for complex issues
Requirements:
- Based in South Africa, local or familiar with the market
- Background in electrical engineering / power electronics or related field
- Experience in solar, inverter, UPS, or battery industry preferred
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong hands-on ability and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel locally when needed
