Role Overview
Infosys is seeking a skilled ServiceNow (SNOW) Administrator / Analyst with strong troubleshooting expertise to support and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, resolving technical issues, and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for incidents, problems, and system issues
- Ensure platform performance, stability, and availability
- Configure and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and system enhancements
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience with workflows, configurations, and basic scripting in ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Advantageous Skills
- Experience with SAP Ariba
- Proficiency in Afrikaans
Qualifications
- Relevant IT Degree / Diploma
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA) are advantageous
