POSITION INFO:
A well-established engineering company is launching a new division and is looking for a driven Sales Engineer to spearhead capital equipment sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially strong technical professional who thrives on building markets, developing client relationships, and driving long-term business growth.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales
- Strong technical sales background within engineering or industrial sectors
- National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical qualification
- Ability to develop new business and grow strategic accounts
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- New business development and market expansion
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to project completion
- Technical solution selling and proposal generation
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
