Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical positions across various departments, including software engineering, IT infrastructure, data science, and more.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and leveraging social media platforms to generate candidate interest.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions of candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and streamline hiring workflows.
- Negotiate employment offers and contracts while maintaining positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Maintain knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during all recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting within fast-paced environments, with a strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar systems; familiarity with HRIS tools like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with a thorough understanding of employment contracts and labor laws.
- Experience with executive recruiting, campus recruitment initiatives, and employee orientation programs.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools including social media management platforms and lead generation techniques to attract top talent.
- Ability to research market trends and utilize platforms like Salesforce or ADP for workforce planning and reporting purposes. Pay: $60,062.96 – $72,333.89 per year
