Our SaaS platform powers listings management, social media advertising, reviews and sentiment analysis for some of South Africa’s top franchise groups. We are based in Cape Town, growing fast, and on the cusp of international expansion.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to bridge client needs, product thinking and engineering delivery.

You will own delivery end-to-end, from requirements and scoping through to release and iteration, while working closely with clients and developers to ensure clear, high-quality outputs. Reports to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate client/stakeholder requirements into build-ready specifications
• Scope features into clear, structured tickets with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineers to refine solutions before development
• Own delivery across timelines, dependencies and risks
• Drive projects from concept to release and iteration
• Maintain a high-quality backlog and improve delivery consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Project Management / Product / Delivery roles
• Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or BA certification)
• Strong technical understanding (APIs, databases, integrations, system design)
• Proven ability to write clear, actionable tickets
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, Linear, or similar)

Location: Remote within South Africa, Cape Town office available for collaboration.
