About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of large-scale buildings. This role is key to ensuring operational continuity, service quality, and technical excellence across all assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily operation of a portfolio of three buildings, guaranteeing service continuity and compliance with contractual requirements
  • Coordinate and supervise Facility Management service providers, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards
  • Monitor SLAs and operational KPIs, reporting performance and deviations to senior management
  • Oversee the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as well as emergency and business continuity procedures (particularly in high-rise buildings)
  • Support cost control activities, including invoice validation and identification of operational and energy efficiency opportunities
  • Act as the technical point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely response to requests and incidents

Profile

Education

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or Operations Management
  • Additional training in Facility Management or Building Management is a plus

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in operational coordination of large-scale buildings or multi-asset portfolios
  • Proven experience managing on-site teams and service providers (technical maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, parking)
  • Strong knowledge of technical systems in high-rise buildings (HVAC, energy systems, lifts, fire safety, BMS)
  • Experience in FM contract management, preventive maintenance planning, and incident management
