The Technical Collection Manager will be responsible for driving AI and automation initiatives within the Collection function. The role focuses on developing and optimizing voice and chat bot solutions, improving customer journeys through automation, and ensuring effective integration of AI technologies into collection processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of AI Capabilities in Collections.
- Set templates, campaigns and segments on CRM.
- Design and continuously improve voice and chat bot solutions.
- Prepare clear technical documentation and requirements for internal and external development teams.
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize collection workflows.
- Test and validate new communication scenarios and automation flows.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal company regulations, policies, and collection standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations and IT teams.
Qualifications
- Understanding of collection and debt recovery processes will be an advantage.
- High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
- Strong motivation to develop expertise in AI and automation technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to structure tasks and requirements.
- Strong technical and analytical mindset.
- Experience working with CRM systems, dialers, bots, or analytics platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to identify problems, isolate critical information, determine root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
