Technical Business Analyst Jobs in Centurion at Disruptive IT
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (TM Forum eTOM Specialist) to join a major telecommunications transformation programme.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Business Analyst with strong telecommunications, OSS/BSS and TM Forum eTOM expertise who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams while contributing to the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Produce BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Models and Business Rules.
Analyse ISP provisioning, order management, fulfilment and service assurance processes.
Map business processes to TM Forum eTOM standards.
Support OSS/BSS transformation initiatives.
Analyse APIs, integrations, microservices and service orchestration.
Participate in solution design reviews and support testing throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Essential
8+ years’ Business Analysis experience.
5+ years’ Technical Business Analysis experience.
5+ years’ experience within Telecommunications, ISP, OSS/BSS or Digital Service Provider environments.
Proven hands-on experience implementing TM Forum eTOM.
Experience mapping business processes to TM Forum eTOM Level 0–3.

Experience working on large-scale telecommunications transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Contract Details
Location: Centurion
Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with an expected 6-month extension, subject to project requirements and performance.
Important
TM Forum eTOM experience is mandatory.
