📢 We are hiring: TA Facility Manager, 3IF Ventures
In partnership with FSD Africa, 3IF Ventures is launching a Technical Assistance Facility to help high-potential African insurtech ventures move from accelerator graduation towards investment readiness.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on TA Facility Manager to build and run the Facility day to day.
The role will include:
• Working closely with participating startups to diagnose needs and design tailored interventions
• Driving delivery against clear milestones
• Working closely with Rift Partners and FSD Africa
• Representing the Facility across the African insurance and investment ecosystem
We are looking for someone with relevant African market experience, strong programme delivery skills, and a good understanding of insurance partnerships, early-stage ventures and technical assistance.
