Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Agent with commercial experience to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a trade-tested professional with strong technical expertise, exposure to commercial environments, and a passion for delivering quality service.
Key Requirements:
✔ Red Seal Trade Qualification (essential)
✔ Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
✔ Proven commercial / industrial environment experience
✔ Strong experience in diagnostics, fault-finding, repairs and maintenance
✔ Experience servicing and supporting commercial equipment/systems
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Valid driver’s license advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and technical troubleshooting in commercial environments
- Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions on commercial systems/equipment
- Provide technical support and respond to service-related issues efficiently
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Support clients with professional and effective technical service delivery
Pay: R5 000,00 – R29 000,00 per month
