Position: Technical Administator (Food industry) Permanent Jhb Northern suburbs
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric or equivalent
- Someone who’s naturally organised and pays attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and hitting deadlines
- Good communicator—both written and spoken
- Solid with Excel and Word—data capturing, formatting, building basic reports
- Reliable and discreet when it comes to confidential information
- Qualification in admin, business admin, science, food tech, chemistry, product dev, or similar
- Experience in a lab, R&D, quality, or product development environment
- You’re comfortable learning new systems and working with structured processes
DUTIES
- Managing and updating all R&D documents and records
- Tracking samples from request to delivery – detailed record keeping
- Keeping track of raw material orders and supplier liason
- General office admin
