Job Description:
We are seeking a young dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Tech Sales Rep. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and assisting customers in-store
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage our TikTok page, creating engaging and trending videos to boost our brand visibility.
- Answer calls & respond to WhatsApp Customers
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand effectively in all communications.
- Educate customers on the latest tech trends and product features
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Confidently appear on camera and engage with our social media followers.
- Utilize your technology knowledge, including iPhones, MacBooks, Samsung devices, smartwatches, and iPads, to address tech-related queries and provide support.
- Process transactions using POS systems and manage stock levels
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support
Requirements
- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Preferably Female
- Previous retail or tech sales experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge in the Apple & Samsung ecosystem
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Comfort and confidence with appearing on camera and creating social media content.
- Located in southern suburbs, Cape Town
