Job Overview:
We are looking for a mid to senior level Tech Recruiter to join a high-performing RPO team based in Century City. This role focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent across a range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and talent markets, and be confident working in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including developers, engineers, and IT professionals
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role specifications
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive tech talent
- Conduct technical screening and present high-quality shortlists
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and talent market insights
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activities
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in tech recruitment (RPO or agency)
- Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology
- Proven sourcing capability across multiple platforms
- Ability to assess technical candidates effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Based in or willing to commute to Century City
