Key Responsibilities
- Goal Setting & Planning: Establish clear goals for the team and develop strategies and plans to achieve them.
- Task Delegation: Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and strengths.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track team progress and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Coaching & Development: Identify training needs, coach team members to develop their skills, and nurture their strengths.
- Motivation & Environment: Create a positive, collaborative work environment, motivate team members, and recognize accomplishments.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and serve as a point of contact for higher management.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve issues and conflicts that arise within the team.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources to ensure the team has what it needs to complete tasks.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on team performance, project progress, and key metrics.

Pay: R8 000,00 – R18 000,00 per month
