About The Role
Aqarmap is hiring a strong TeleSales Team Leader to lead a team. The role requires someone who can manage sales execution, coach advisors, handle international buyer objections, and drive conversions in a high-growth regional market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team targeting non-Saudi buyers interested in Saudi real estate
- Drive sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion rates
- Coach the team on consultative selling, buyer qualification, and objection handling
- Ensure strong follow-up with foreign investors, expats, and overseas buyers
- Track KPIs, sales activity, and daily team performance
- Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance
- Support the team in closing high-value deals
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales team
- Experience selling to foreign buyers, expats, or investors is a strong plus
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
- Target-driven, disciplined, and highly organized
- Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is preferred
