Role Description
This is a full-time Team Leader role based on-site at our North 90, Fifth settelment new cairo.
The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills for overseeing multiple projects
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with internal teams and clients
- Knowledge of real estate processes, market trends, and client relationship management
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives
- Prior experience in real estate or project management is a plus
