- Monitor daily performance and productivity.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve targets.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare performance reports and provide feedback.
- Drive team motivation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous Team Leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Tracking, call centre, or fleet management experience will be advantageous.
