Key Responsibilities
- Supervise File Handlers, managing performance, workloads, and attendance effectively.
- Drive financial performance through diligent billing oversight.
- Lead team engagement, productivity, and ensure compliance with contracted hours.
- Provide training, coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Support recruitment activities and collaborate closely with the Management Team.
- Conduct file reviews and audits to maintain high-quality case management standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Admitted Attorney with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience.
- Previous management experience and operational knowledge are advantageous.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communicator, with experience engaging senior stakeholders considered beneficial.
- An inspirational leader who motivates teams and drives performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
