Team Lead Case Management

The primary role of this position is to lead, manage, and support a team of case managers in delivering high quality, clinically appropriate, and cost-effective care coordination, while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, scheme rules, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

A relevant degree or diploma in Nursing, with current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

At least five years relevant experience, including a minimum of four years in a managed healthcare environment, specifically within case management.

At least two years experience in a team lead role within case management or pre-authorisation.

A valid drivers license
