✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tax audit files and required documents for:
(Income Tax, VAT, and Payroll Tax).
• Handle the Egyptian Tax Authority electronic systems and tax platforms.
• Prepare and submit tax returns on time in accordance with regulations.
• Follow up tax payments and coordinate with the General Accounting Department.
• Organize and maintain tax records and documents.
• Record and review daily accounting entries.
• Follow up customer and supplier accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports and statements.
• Review revenues and expenses to ensure accurate recording.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor bank and treasury transactions.
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems.
• Follow up invoices and financial documents and ensure proper approvals.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and account reconciliations.
• Cooperate with different departments to provide required financial information and reports.
• Comply with financial and tax policies and procedures.
• Contribute to improving accounting and financial processes.
🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in taxation and accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the Egyptian Tax Authority electronic systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
