Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, selection support, and onboarding follow-up.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and attract quality candidates aligned with current and future capability requirements.
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, mandatory training, and development programmes.
- Supporting career development, internal mobility, succession planning, and leadership pipeline initiatives.
- Monitoring the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, including participation, feedback, business relevance, and return on investment.
- Promoting a strong learning culture that supports employee growth, engagement, retention, and organisational capability.
What We are Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Management, Psychology or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the Bank.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in Human Resources preferably in the financial sector
- Knowledge of HR operations and payroll will be considered an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, interviewing, coordination, coaching, mentoring, and learning facilitation skills.
