We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment efforts for critical and specialized positions across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to fill specialized positions aligned with business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, professional networks, and digital platforms to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Process Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor recruitment team members, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to proactively adjust recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and communications teams to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on specialized or professional roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
