Talent Acquisition Specialist
Scope
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role supports clients by delivering qualified candidates efficiently while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates using the right channels, right talent pools with the relevant way.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment process.
- Find the right candidates that matches client’s culture & technical requirements.
Candidate Management
- Conduct HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Present opportunities and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate communications and feedback.
Recruitment Administration
- Update ATS and recruitment databases accurately.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Generate recruitment activity reports as required.
- Ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders & line managers.
Client Support
- Understand client requirements and hiring criteria.
- Deliver qualified candidate shortlists within agreed SLAs.
- Support hiring managers and senior recruiters during recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered for junior-level positions.
