- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and responsiveness under changing priorities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
- 1 -3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
