We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-orientated, and experienced in managing large-scale hiring and delivering high-quality shortlisting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of CVs and applications efficiently
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and selection
- Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements
- Support bulk recruitment campaigns and large-scale hiring initiatives
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and administration
- Ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular client visits to understand hiring needs and strengthen partnerships
- Maintain and grow candidate pipeline and client pipeline
Requirements:
- Proven cross-sector recruitment experience
- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
- Experience in large-scale hiring and high-quality shortlisting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Valid driver’s licence
